Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 75% of the service amount. Any appointment for which guests are a "no-show" for will invite a charge of 100% of the service amount. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or requests to reschedule.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee, and possible rescheduling or cancellation of their appointment.
*Please note that if we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment it is considered a "no-show" and your card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
